Filby is a member of Young President Organization (YPO), a current board member of the Fiesta Bowl Organization, a former board member of National Employment Opportunity Network (NEON) and the Silicon Valley CUE as well as a former advisor to the Northern Ireland Executive Government. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Wilfred Laurier University and Lean Six Sigma Masters from Villanova University.
